This is the personal medical immunization record book from Shanghai, 1946 and it is a very interesting one. Namely, this special book was used for vaccine controls, so the Shanghai Quarantine Service of National Health Administration of the Republic of China may control the population and know which certain individuals are not vaccinated with the proper treatment.
