WRITING AGAINST FEAR

Jenny Holzer is a conceptual artist most recognizable for her projections on buildings across the world. Her works are most known for their deeper meaning beyond just the words being presented and often take on a social activism approach. This exhibition premiered at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City in 2013. This promotional series includes a large format poster, brochure, and exhibition catalogue, as well as environmental exhibition design within the exhibit itself. The inspiration for this concept draws from an amalgamation of Holzer's Inflammatory Essays series, Declassified Documents series, and the technique of the projections she is so well-known for as a social artist.
