Web Site, Iron Dynamite

One of my duties when I was with Iron Dynamite was to create and maintain the company website. I based it in the CMS Joomla, as one of the requirements was a blog that can be easily updated by other members of the team; this also allowed me the customization I needed to meet the other site requirements while still meeting the aforementioned blog requirement
Presented is a mockup of how the site ultimately turned out, with a banner that focused on the current project presented above the front page blog with pages dedicated to the companies’ individual projects. The site used uniform fonts, hierarchy and colors for headers and body copy, with a background that allowed the site content to stand out on screen. One large advantage of Joomla is that the templates are responsive allowing the site to be mobile friendly from implementation, an overarching goal of the design.
Joomla also allowed the ability to use custom HTML modules within the templates without sacrificing site responsiveness. Most of the site was built with these modules while the template served as a framework. This allowed me to switch out content when needed keeping and keep a cohesive design in each module.

This served as the company site for 2 years before being shut down in 2016
