The Escape Guide
Icon design and utilizing it as a system in a design were what I learnt from this project. The icons were all designed as a system and being used in this guide book.
I designed it for hikers to use it while they prepare for hiking as well as when they are on the trail. I looked into different kinds of tour guide book for inspirations but also noticed some flaws. While I designed the guide book, I improved itby adding more blank space for users to write down their own notes. In the guide, I also developed the isometric maps and SOS sign from this icon system.
