    As we build mobile products at Supercharge we often deliver the experience for multiple platforms. We wondered what would happen if we infuse the best features of Android’s Material Design into iOS, without the limitations set by marketing and legal departments. In this spirit we designed a concept for the upcoming iOS 10, blending the best of both worlds. 01 Lockscreen & 3D touch: To give more control to the user over what is on the lock screen, we fine-tuned the design and borrowed the Widget Section from Android. We also added an icon for 3D touch because we simply don’t believe in hidden interactions. 02 Homescreen & icons shadows: We aimed to modify the Homesceen’s design in a way that results a new, “Material-like” look but does not differ heavily from the iOS guidelines. To achieve this, we used shadows that are only distanced but not blurred. 03 New guide for apps: apple music: While reworking the Music app we followed the Material Design guidelines while spicing it with iOS elements. Our goal was to create a more usable, cleaner design while keeping the application’s original structure. Read Less
