Japanese Restaurant - Refurbishment with a new concept
This project is Design and build in the 5-star Mina Al Salam Hotel. Design and fit-out is done by a contractor while we were the PM for the project, from contractor procurement to the final submission of the work.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Preparing Projects’ Initiation documentation.

• Assisting in Preparing tender documents, e.g. Employers Requirements and RFP’s.
• Appraising and examining returned RFP’s along with all qualifications required, Financially and Technically.
• Developing Programmes from indicative to detail construction programme.
• Prepare and develop logistics plans and preliminaries directory.
• Conduct Procurement.
• Meetings and site supervision.
• Follow up with variations, orders and delays from the contractor.
• Review/Approve Materials as per design.
• Review/Approve Submittals as per Employer's requirements

• Identifying, costing, evaluating and processing any contract variations.
• Issuing payment certificates, PMI’s, File Notes, change control/management forms.
• Preparing reports and Meeting minutes.
The Project was submitted on time, within budget and as per client's requirements.
