As Director of Marketing at Newmark Knight Frank Halakar, I led our in-house team in refreshing the Look & Feel of our main marketing asset, our portfolio of properties visualized through our flyers. The flyers are our back-bone of marketing and how we keep all our Real Estate broker relationships informed and up-to-date on our properties and projects. Because we target our broker relationships in 3 categories: office, industrial and retail; I directed our team to designate each category with a specific brand color. This not only helps our internal branding system, but also gives our relationships a simpler information system for filtering and keeping our properties organized and consistent to the broker community.
