“The Unknown objects from cave X” (2014-15)
- Belgium - 5 september 2014

As a final project for my master, this work had a wide range of personal interests and questions of the viewing of art objects from the prehistory in museums. A game was played between the viewer and the objects, a theatrical event that played a miniature theatre before the naked eye, often guessing what happened exactly and whether it was important to know. To an unknown reason these objects were functionless, whereby no one knows what their purpose are, yet it had a certain appeal that made the audience question things. This work is essential to enter the human mind of action, desire, curiosity, it's typical to our genetic background, which we used in creative ways to look for solutions. What then was important to give from one generation to the other became now less and less important in today's basis in our society.
