Parks is a non profit organization that assists companies in achieving the strategic goal of creating an inclusive and respectful work environment for their LGBT employees. Every year the organization proposes to a cross-section of companies operating in Italy the Parks LGBT Diversity index, a questionnaire-based tool aimed to measure how succesful they are in this goal.
This is the presentation of the results, addressed to the companies who answered the questionnaire.
I wanted to use an engaging and emotional tone of voice, in order to suggest the impact of what may be perceived as simple data on the real life of people, and to make the companies feel proud of their work.
