This is an annual event entirely organized by the last year's graphic design students of PUCP University. Together with my friend, as chosen team leaders, we made a research and chose to bring together the most talented artists and designers from different expertise fields in Lima. We also had to manage a group of around 20 friends letting them choosing what they wanted to be responsible for (video, graphics, show, fair, workshops...), look for sponsors, negotiate the auditorium, the music, the fair, workshops and many other aspects that organizing an event of this measure requires.
