To help launch "Your Year", and motivate the masses to become their best selves in 2016, we combined illustrative animation with delightfully styled live action to craft a charming story of an imaginary calendar year coming alive with new opportunities.

Most of the animation work is done in Toon Boom, while very few elements were modeled in 3D and rendered in Cinema 4D with sketch & toon.

We had some fun in making a library of running strokes, that we could add here and there.
A lof of effort was put into animating the hand writing so that it looked live and vibrant and not just a mask over some text.
