This is how I envisioned capturing the routine madness and Chaos in people’s lives and how more than often we get caught up in the chaos of everything, letting life pass right by us. The repetitive pattern of the reoccurring waves symbolizes the daily or routine madness. Often we fail to realize that what may be chaotic, overwhelming and all-consuming today may mean next to little or nothing tomorrow. Or even a few years from now. Having understood this in hindsight, I’m trying to stay calm in the middle of all of it as portrayed in this artwork.

* In the actual piece only the girl is painted on the canvas and the background is projected on to the canvas.
