The small town I live in does not have a lot of exciting things about it. Technically speaking it has only one main road. The land which was originally own by John Burk, and then sold to Lewis Lewis which is now known as Bowmanville.
The one thing about where I live that I think is interesting that is actually still around (surprisingly).
Camp 30 was a Canadian run POW Camp. It was used to hold German solider in World War 2.
