My beautiful Amsterdam
A client requested me to create a very small website with a old-fashioned style, for his real state investment company. So I decided to create a small illustration based on the lines and very particular style of the classic Amsterdam buildings. Researching I found a nice style called Hedcut, so I started painting following that idea.
For several reasons I'm in love with Amsterdam and its style. One of my favorite buildings is the Westerkerk Tower, that is the tower you see in the center of the illustration. The rest are parts of the Rijsmuseum, and some common Amsterdam houses.
