Problem /
Columbia has really great products but an outdated logo and messy, confusing packagin

Solution /
Re-fresh the logo while keeping the brand equity that Columbia has built up with their current customer base. Kept the woven fabric derivative, but in a way that works with the product usage, outdoor sports.

For the package, created a clear system of symbols to quickly and easily indicate the product and it's uses, and the technology used (ie. cold weather and omni-tech). Also geared design towards a slightly younger audience (25-35 yrs) than their current market (30-40 yrs) to expand into a market that is more interested in new, innovative products and is typically more active.
