Facing stiff competition from new market entrants such as Uber and Grab, ComfortDelgro Taxi was ready join in the promo code war. We wanted to get as many clickthroughs as possible so we created bold and fun GIF key visuals with a bit of hard-sell woven in the copy. Take-up rate was was excellent – promo code utilisation stood between 80% and 90% across campaigns, far exceeding the client's expectations.
