TYPOGRAPHIC CALENDAR
The objective was to take the idea of conventional calendars, and create unconventional typographic spatial structures. The idea was to explore typography to the point were it is not longer text, and instead it becomes an image. The variety of thickness, size and value, plus the arrangement of the elements, make the type still readable but in an atypical manner. I decided to make my compositions about space. I created a dynamic interaction between positive and negative space, and I used different colors and values to create an illusion of three dimensionality.
