The new extreme pendulum ride at Playland needed a fresh look. The idea was to create a design that is unlike most other amusement park rides - the design needed to be dark and simple and intriguing. The Beast is represented by a wordmark, some mist, and a pair of glowing green eyes. By not revealing what is behind the eyes, this ride is left up to the thrilling experience of the rider.
