CHALLENGE
To create a print campaign which supports TFL’s portal redesign, to help them shift brand perception and reflect on how it has become much more consumer focused 
INSIGHT
The redesign focused on the reorganization and improvement on helping users find information and services as easily as possible and is therefore based on a user centered design methodology. It has been purposefully designed to be flexible, and is tailored to meet TFL’s ambitions, objectives and budgets, as well as updated to reflect advances in technology, consumer behavior and trends, adoption of best practices and lessons learned 
IDEA
The aim was to make TFL a little more personable “This project is all about making TFL a little more personable – giving commuters the chance to make their commuting life nicer
