This cover represents a subway map in which each line it's a cell differentiation process -i.e. when cells change its morphology and acquire new abilities to become specialist workers-. All the lines represented belong to the myeloid cell system, a group of cell types responsible for defending our body from invaders, among other functions. For this reason, we represent all the lines with common stations -i.e. differentiation steps shared by all or some cell types- and unique stations -i.e. differentiation steps that only occur in one cell type-.
