Rewrite Peachy Loans' FAQs.

Idea:
We transformed Peachy’s dullest asset, the FAQs pages on their website, from a boring typed Q&A section into entertaining pieces if video content from Andy, the fictional ‘Head of FAQ’. He was there to give customers the answers they were looking for while also welcoming them into the quirky world of Peachy. And in doing so we turned a piece of digital housekeeping into a valuable brand asset that people actually wanted to watch and talk about. EndFragment

Results:
In just a few months average views per day have risen by 57%, YouTube likes for Peachy FAQs have grown by 277% and social shares increased by 176% from 2015 to 2016. Not bad for 10 films done on a 10K budget.
