Green Study of Urban Mixed Use District to demonstrate cost effective and environmentally effective methods of implementing sustainable design. The project aims to increase permeability in a highly impermeable environment. The plan provides local property owners with a way to avoid storm water run-off taxes while at the same time creating an attractive multi-use environment to be used by residents and visitors to the area.
