Every year, jointly with our friends from SYZYGY, we create one, very important Key Visual to highlight a common theme of two important events — Digital Innovation Day by SYZYGY and the Group Annual Report publication. The magic words of 2016 are Customer Experience. 
Digital Innovation Day 2016 is all about creating remarkable customer experience. During the conference, which will take place on June 2nd, the marketing specialists, psychologists and strategists will join forces to share their knowledge and debate about the fast evolving digital world — where digital actions speak louder than digital words. 
How can we harness the potential of smartphones and digital media to transform experience? What can we learn from Uber, Airbnb, Spotify, and Snapchat? There are many subjects to be raised and many questions to be answered. Those wonders were an inspiration for DID 2016 Key Visual.
