    Iconic architecture
Torre Agbar, Barcelona. Jean Nouvel.
I have always been fascinated by how architecture can shape the image a city projects of itself, large or small. In this series I investigate that question by isolating architectural forms from their surroundings and by highlighting shapes through a black and white presentation.
I have sampled buildings that in my opinion strongly influence the cultural image of the cities in which they are located, and chose to show the most striking architectural forms. Sometimes, these are the building themselves.
