Thesis work at KLUDI
I designed a product family for KLUDI that contains six elements.
The bathroom elements are: washbasin faucet, bathtub faucet, a switcher between the bathtub and the shower, and a separate shower head. I managed to design also a faucet for the kitchen to expand the product family.
Flow Simulation
During the Solidworks flow simulations of the kitchen and the bathtub tap, I could specify the theoretical loss factor of the bodies, if water flows through them by different outlet volumes [l/min].
I analysed the minimum, maximum and compressing pressure in the bodies, and the pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet. After these I managed to visualize the pressure curves in different graphs.
