Ana Aeroportos de Portugal

Transforming a company from an airport infrastructures’ manager to a travelling experience services-provider - this was the challenge behind a four-year work.You can’t change one of the most important companies of the country in a hurry. People needed to understand this evolution, from the inside. That’s why it all started with 2 internal communication projects: one for stakeholders and other for all the employees. The work included the development of the whole brand universe, spanning all 7 airports imagery and speech. Equally as important, it was the defining and implementing new services that would reinvent airport experience, such as Airport Shopping, Airport Family and Business, My way (reduced mobility), Green way (premium corridor).
