Multiplayer Car Game

When decideding what the next poject would be both ryan and i decided to combine our capabilites to create a video game in unreal engine. We felt that with our newly aquired knowledge of the engine and 3d modeling and animation and programing that we could create something more advanced than a 2d platformer. With the ideas of some popular other games out right now we decided to create a game of tag played by cars. First we had to create the cars and set up the level design which Ryan worked on.
Modeling and creating the first car by lining up the blocks with a template to make the car look as realistic in body type as possible. 
Adding detail to thecar in order to make it look fun and like a glow up toy i added vibrant pipes and hub caps that glowed. The overal colour for the car was decided blue as we needed one for the good guys and one for the bad guys.

Learning how to program and turn a game on unreal engine to have muliplayer capabilities. The main focus of making this game more advanced is that players would be able to play with their friends and other people. It was very difficult and frustrating to learn and do. It eneded up taking 5 days to get the multiplayer set up but now players could go online.
Next we needed to test out the capabilities of how to import and what we could import into the Unreal Engine. With the help of Noah P's car i was able to upload his car into the crazy level we created that you see with the textures. Again we ran into rode blocks of being able to controll the new car. But after looking up quite a couple quides we learned the basis oof hw to import skeletal models and add pysics to buildings.
