My family do a Secret Santa each year for Christmas. This year the stipulation was for the present to be handmade, or mostly handmade. So I created a custom DVD box set for my brother-in-law, with a couple of movies that have stuck with me over the years. Some were a bit hard to buy, but all copies legitimate.
On the back of each DVD I put a QR code, which linked to a YouTube video of me awkwardly setting up each movie and explaining the reason behind the selections.
