Other than the loose thumbnail sketch this illustration was done completely in Adobe Illustrator. It is half of a double page spread that is completed by the art of Kevin Myers of Universe K. Unlike Fury Road, I was not a huge fan of Thunder Dome, but I always loved the design and idea of Master Blaster, so this image became a bit of a mash-up. Bringing in a new version of Master Blaster into the landscape of Fury Road. Below is the completed main image I created for the tribute book.
