Redesign of the Hungarian Currency - the Forint (HUF)
Concept: I wanted to use the most iconic symbols of Hungary: Lake Balaton, Budapest - the capital and the shape of Hungary itself. It also characterize the country, it's not necessary to always use the famous persons portraits of the nation. This topographical design is for the better recognition of our home. Everybody use currency every day, this is the best advertising surface for the country - we have to use it to represent Hungary in an attracting way and also to make tourism better.
Koncepció: Itt a szokásos arcképes pénzekkel ellentétben inkább a jellemző térképes formákat használtam: Balaton, Budapest és Magyarország körvonalait. Ez ugyanannyira jellemzi az országot, mint jeles történelmi személyeink. Továbbá ez az ország megismerését is szolgálja, hiszen a pénz minden ember, minden turista kezében megfordul. Mondhatjuk, hogy a pénz a legjobb hirdető / népszerűsítő felülete az országnak, így fontos, hogy turisztikai szempontból is csalogatóan reprezentálja az országot.
