Nowadays, the number of single households has increased and the demand of cook tools for them is getting higher. Most of them are busy for their daily work and eat outside in several time per week even if they likes to cook at home. Their habits, not keeping in touch with their kitchen everyday, cause less cognition of food’s conditions, inside of a refrigerator.
CONCEPT
he concept is “Pet robot who provides personified interactions”. The features of appearance are not only cognitive character design related with cold location, refrigerator, but also acceptable, attributed and cute roundly shape as a pet. These interactions and appearance are designed in order to make users’ incentives to open the refrigerator as possible

Through the camera on the head, user can check foods’ conditions from outside by smartphone.

In addition, he recognizes each expiration time automatically by sending captured image to data server for analysis and receiving feedback from database. When user meets him after opens a refrigerator, he greets and recommends which foods need to go out first. This personified voice function provides unique interaction between human and this pet robot.
