VENISSAGE D'ARCHITECTURE

PURPOSE: Collaborative Exhibition of Human Behavioral Study of Abbaye St. Hilaire in Lacoste France.
GOAL: Design a visitors center and guard house while focusing on its human behavioral aspects.
CLIENT: Abbaye St. Hilaire Owners
This collaborative exhibit project was created in 8 weeks during a study abroad program in Lacoste, Vaucluse, France. This intense study showcases process work about site analysis, human behavioral studies, concept models, massing analysis, and general design ideas. This exhibition will be showcased in January 2016 in Savannah, Georgia.
Each student completed their own design idea for a visitors center, and guards house for the existing site. Gabriela Alvergue's design is titled 'La Descente'. (7' x 3') This project was created using watercolor, ink, colored pencils, Adobe Illustrator, and Rhinoceros 5.
