A typography class project in which we wrote, designed and did experimental binding of a book. My book was about my spiritual journey and was a conversation between myself and Rumi's verses.
I chose to do a circular bound book with overlapping pages on the inside.
These are a few pages from the book.
Each page had two sides. One which had my words were digitally printed on photo matte paper whereas the pages with Rumi's verses were printed on cloth with the technique of photo transfer.
Orientation was altered for some pages.
Accordion Fold Book
A book design project for Design History class. A design movement was to be taken and a book was to be designed in accordance to the art history movement. The movement that i took up was Dadaism and did an accordion fold book on it.
