Surrounded by the volcanic beauty of Fogo Island, emerged this award winning and self-sufficient building by OTO Arquitectos, to enrich one of the poorest areas of Cabo Verde.
In November 2014, 7 months after it’s inauguration, the building was completely destroyed by the eruption of the Fogo Island volcano.
