Tanzania is one of the poorest countries on Earth. Most families here live on less than $1 USD a day - many people will never make $1,000 in their lifetime.
There are two distinct groups of people in Tanzania - the average citizens and the tribal nomads. The largest group of these nomadic people is the Maasai.
This project includes portraits of life in Tanzania for both groups.
