PETSHOP DALLAS
Petshop Dallas born in 1981 and it was the first grooming sallon in Porto, founded by my mother
Teresa Coimbra.
It started with a small store in Centro Comercial da Boavista and later mooved to a new and bigger space,
also in Boavista. The main services are bath and grooming, also selling several dog/cat products and treats.

The Project
Petshop Dallas is my family business, which I work with since 2008, although, it was only in April 2022 that I joined the team more often in order to implement some planned iniciatives to improve the business.
Some of these steps were the rebranding, services quality improvement with new prices to make the business
profitable, as well as the design and implementation of Google and social media communications/ads, the website and store redesign. This allowed me to try what I had learned in the past, now only by myself,
without a marketing team, and to understand how these initiatives can impact a small B2C business. I was able to identify errors, react, and adapt the strategy and design.

The Results
This set of continuous actions allowed to capture the attention of several new customers, to increase business revenue and to create a more fluid, constant and organised work flow. The business was able to have the same revenue in the winter (usually the worst time of the year for this business sector) than in the summer.
