Hannah's mom Christine's original dress. I removed the "turtleneck" and the pouffy sleeves, and all of the lace scattered throughout the bodice and sleeves (including a groovy heart shape on the abdomen). I re-shaped the bodice and hand-pieced all of the random lace bits to create a wonderful lace-frosted texture on the top. I also dropped the back neckline into a more flattering V.

This is the lovely back of Hannah's dress. When her sister Sarah got married a year later, we draped two strands of tiny pearls across that beautiful V.
