Hired on a project-basis only three weeks before NFR (National Finals Rodeo, a 10-day gift show and B2C event that brings 100,000 attendees to Las Vegas annually) I completely revamped this client's exhibit presence, comprised of two booths in separate exhibit locations. This overhaul included creating a full show strategy, beginning with a breakdown defining leads of various levels and setting up a system to capture and record them, shopping for structures and designing the booth itself, and creating a complex and lead-based shuttle system to a company-sponsored event during the show, which served as the crux of our show strategy. I composed a sales funnel chart incorporating our strategy, created a lead card to capture information as well as query potential customers about buying habits in related markets, created a staff training presentation, and held an online training session for the whole booth staff, including the CEO and Sales Director. I also hired a lead-generation model (to work alongside me in the same position), and managed staff in both booths for the run of the show. Our intended results were achieved: we increased our total number of collected leads by 80% over the company's most-recent show.

I proposed that we build a new exhibit for the primary activation at NFR, using the new brand image I'd created, and following the visual line of brochures that Exclusive Genetics had printed just before my project hire. The panel on the left is the brochure image--reflecting the prior marketing focus.

I selected Out of the Box Exhibits for our installation - they are a green producer, and the full exhibit was constructed of heavyweight industrial cardboard to reduce waste.
Out of the Box has the smallest carbon footprint in the exhibit industry. Their displays are crafted of an industrial weight cardboard, and the exhibits' light weight and small pack further reduce drayage & warehousin
