Hired on a project-basis only three weeks before NFR (National Finals Rodeo, a 10-day gift show and B2C event that brings 100,000 attendees to Las Vegas annually) I completely revamped this client's exhibit presence, comprised of two booths in separate exhibit locations. This overhaul included creating a full show strategy, beginning with a breakdown defining leads of various levels and setting up a system to capture and record them, shopping for structures and designing the booth itself, and creating a complex and lead-based shuttle system to a company-sponsored event during the show, which served as the crux of our show strategy. I composed a sales funnel chart incorporating our strategy, created a lead card to capture information as well as query potential customers about buying habits in related markets, created a staff training presentation, and held an online training session for the whole booth staff, including the CEO and Sales Director. I also hired a lead-generation model (to work alongside me in the same position), and managed staff in both booths for the run of the show. Our intended results were achieved: we increased our total number of collected leads by 80% over the company's most-recent show.
