This project encompasses research of a topic, presentation of that information, and an exhibition based upon it, including the promotion. Below are the concept map and infographic presenting the research of library help desks. 
Below are possible titles and marks to accompany the exhibition, with animated variations.
The intended audience for my exhibition is students, professors, and other faculty, specifically in and around college campuses. The event would, however, be open to any member of the general public who was interested. Based on the subject matter of the exhibition, it is most likely that scholarly individuals would be the highest in attendance. The intervention strategies I have created include posters, book lights, pamphlets, and t-shirts.
The first intervention is poster displays. Posters advertising the event would be placed throughout the college campus in order to inform the greatest amount of potential attendees. Poster locations would include, but not be limited to, all on-campus libraries, major academic buildings, coffee shops, residence halls, and some of the poster kiosks around campus. Having a bright, bold poster in multiple locations will provide maximum exposure for the event and let people know far in advance. These posters would likely go up a month prior to the event and remain in place until after the exhibition’s closing. 
The next stage of exhibition advertising is pop-up pamphlets. Each library help desk throughout campus would have a stack of these fun pop-up cards. Printed on standard cardstock and cut and scored with a laser cutter, these flyers are impactful. Because they are different than an average flat paper pamphlet, individuals are more likely to keep them longer and show them to their friends. By positioning them at the library help desks, patrons that are already interested in libraries will have access to them and some librarians may help to promote the event when talking to prospective attendees. These flyers will be available at help desks two to three weeks prior to the event and replenished when necessary. 
Approximately a week before the event, there will be a booth set up in a courtyard or front of a library distributing book lights to interested passersby. Book lights are an appropriate promotional item because of the exhibition’s theme and are useful items that individuals are likely to actually use instead of discard, especially if they are avid readers, which would be the perfect attendees. The courtyard is a good central location located just in front of the main library. This last reminder before the days of the event will encourage students and faculty to attend.
On the way in the door into the exhibition itself, attendees will receive this cool complimentary t-shirt. T-shirts are a great way to promote attendance to any event, especially one held on a college campus. The t-shirts feature a simplified version of the poster advertising the event and are to be screen-printed. The playful color scheme and simple image and slogan make it a t-shirt that attendees would want to wear again to remind them of the event.
