Redesign: Seattle's Best Coffee

The objective of this project was to redesign an existing company’s branding and packaging. The new packaging for Seattle’s Best Coffee reflects Seattle itself— an urban vibe intertwined with an inviting spirit. The weathered paper texture as well as the black-and-white treatment of the photo is meant to evoke the feeling of books and newsprint, as Seattle’s Best is commonly sold in book stores. The reinvention of the coffee packaging led to the design of a point-of-purchase display. The display further carries the feeling of the coffee bag with the use of grainy textural images set within an urban landscape.
All photos were edited in Photoshop, and both pieces were compiled in Illustrator.
