The proposed program is the creation of a swimming pool and a boating club. Are two different programs but both have a common element, the water. This element was decisive to choose the implantation.
The boating club are located to a lower level near Mondego River to permit better acess to nautic activities. Also at this level are the parking who is covered by a green cover.
On a upper bound, the swimming pool have a different scale and the building appears across multiple volumes in which each program content is characterized by a different volume height.
