Worked with ATOS as KM Consultant from September 2010 till date.
Worked with KPIT CUMMINS as KM Lead from January2008 to September 2010.

Responsibilities as KM Practitioner:
o Analyze the current organization pulse in terms of reuse through Surveys, interviews.
o Initiative program conceptualization and base work
o Program planning for all Knowledge management initiatives
o Conceptualization and development of Central KM repository for all countries
o Taxonomy and Metadata development
o Pilots Scoping, Support Execution, Collect Measurements
o Collaboration with Business Units and stakeholders across business units as well as countries
o Creation and Evaluation of Knowledge Items
o Train and help develop team members.
o Manage Software Automation for various sub-programs
o Top Management Reporting of program status and cost savings
o Continuously support organization change management

Responsibilities as System Architect and Designer:
o Gather system requirements from internal customers
o System Prototyping
o Project Planning and Tracking.
o Test data creation, Test cases generation, Integration and testing, Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
o Reporting project status to individual Unit Heads and Management.
o System Launch, first as Pilot and then organization wide Rollout.
o Collaboration with Business Units for implementation.
