Instagram Content Strategy: Sad Recruiter

I came up with the idea of Instagram persona for a recruiting startup InHiro: Sad Recruiter 
He regularly posts funny but bitter-sweet memes about his recruiter's life.
I am the creator of the everyday content and also created simple branding template which has brought us many organic and direct visits on our site. 

Results:
Thanks to this project we got very homogenous group of followers and lookalike audience (300K) - mostly recruiters and HR people who understood insiders' jokes. With FB and Google Adwords audiences we were able to target them more precisely. As a bonus we connected with important HR influencers who naturally shared our content.
