TeaTales Click & Collect is an iPhone app created in a week-end hackathon together with two great iOS developers. It allows the company to sell their delicious tea. How they do is what's unique here: customers can order the products using the app and can later just drop by the store and collect their order. No more sitting in line!

 

 

I've learned a lot working close with developers. One of the things was how many hidden details need to be taken care of, from the notifications users need to get to the confirmation emails or connection with a product management dashboard. 

Here is a first drawing of the flow and some of the details for the screens. We used this to figure out the logical flow and agree on how this is going to work. As in any project, multiple sides need to be considered: technical implementation, handling of product data by the merchant and of course, how customers will buy what they want.
