I was responsible for designing a UI/UX concept for a pitch work for Tossed.
Wireframes / UI design
The initial brief mentioned an online payment only however I managed to convince the client about the importance of giving the freedom of choice to the user. My argument was that some people will abandon the process if they have to reveal their card details. By offering the choice of paying at store we are able retain the more conventional users and at the same time portray a message of "helpful and understanding company".
