During the collaboration with Cibando, an italian startup then acquired by Zomato, I was asked to do a photo shoot for a very important restaurant near Rome. The reportage took a first step inside the kitchen and a second phase at the table with the dishes prepared by the chef, Michele Gioia. To make this work it took me about 3 hours and only a portable flash.
