The above took me twelve long and dull hours to shape and do the triangles. It took 4710 triangles total to get the image to the way it looks now. It then took a couple of extra hours to colour the triangle in. I originally wanted to edit the colours, to screen a colour over the image to give it a nice effect but the lions original colours are so rich and so powerful, so I decided to keep them the way they are.
The image has be sized down to just 500 pixels wide due to the original I made being so big that you couldnt view it very well on this site. Full versions will be available to view soon.
