Creative Concepting/Wireframes
Working with Carl's Jr., we came up with some creative solutions to fix their current mobile app. The app is check-in based and encourages loyalty, but had plenty of room for improvement.
A couple of their goals were to increase customer loyalty, as well as increase the time users spend within the app. The following wireframes show a move from a wheel of menu items and prizes, to a wheel of points, which allows users to pick the item they actually want.
