My senior  project combined my three loves: art, science, and web design. The thesis paper outlined the interplay between art and the communication of scientific information. The paper asserts that science informs art, and vice versa, and that art transforms new information into an accessible visual experience. Using case studies covering many artistic techniques, I compared the art-science relationship of Darwinism of the 18th & 19th Centuries with that of contemporary Global Warming. These findings were then made into a visual experience in of themselves in the form a website. I hand-coded the site using HTML, CSS, Javascript, & JQuery. Check out the site for yourself HERE.
