Creative collaboration for a charity event to raise money for Children's HeartLink

A collaborative effort for Children’s HeartLink with Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Door C Agency, with Dalton Sherman and Shapco Printing, Inc.

The project is a pre-gala event brochure used as a marketing communication to surprise and delight the audience, but also to provide the audience of a ‘sneak peek’ of what treats to expect for the gala’s live auction  and silent auction activites. An informed audience, with friends in tow, is much more likely to engage in auction activities if they’ve been able to ponder the potential experience. The gala itself is rich with activities, and the team wanted the audience to have facts in hand.

The icon for Children’s HeartLink is the tree. It represents strength and the extension of family. The design team transformed the event icon into illustrative representations of the live and silent auction packages. Each pattern is unique to the offering. EAch petterns entertains and delights the eye.
